  • What if I don't want people to see where I am staying when I get picked up?
    Arrange to meet us at one of our convienently located park and ride locations. Merely select the option that makes the most sense for you when you book and make sure your there at the designated time for pickup.
  • What happens if it's bad weather the day of the trip?
    Unless it's an absolute natural disaster in the making, our day trips will roll. We'll still find fun and interesting things to do and see in Door County despite the weather and you'll stay warm/cool and comfortable in our luxury van and professional driver. In the event there is a bonofide disaster or emergency situation and a trip is not able to get underway, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of the booking date/time.
  • What do I do if I oversleep or am late to the pickup?
    Call us as soon as possible. 844 328 7477. We'll make every effort to get you picked up, but you might need to meet us at a new location so as to not inconvience the rest of the group.
  • What if I need to Cancel?
    You will need to call/text or email us to cancel. As long as you let us know within 24 hours of your tour, you will get a full refund. Private tours need 7 days prior notice for a full refund.
